Can Your Souvenirs Take Down a Plane?

I don't know about you, but I would have a hard time killing an airplane full of people with Toblerone, or any other crap souvenir I typically bring back to people I marginally care about. Well, some imbecile who works for the State Department defense contractor DynCorp brought back a suitcase filled with explosives he found in Afghanistan! AND - no one said a thing!!
